AI Assistant Setup
OfflineLog can connect to your own AI tools - Ollama, LM Studio, or any OpenAI-compatible API. Generate client notes, session summaries, and reports without your data leaving your machine.
Connect your AI tool
Open Settings and find the AI section. Enter the connection details for your AI tool - Ollama (usually http://localhost:11434), LM Studio, or any service with an OpenAI-compatible API. OfflineLog connects directly from your browser to the AI tool. Your data goes straight from your device to the AI - OfflineLog does not proxy, log, or store any of these requests.
What the AI can do
Once connected, the AI assistant can help you draft session notes, summarize client history, generate reports, and plan follow-ups. Select a client, click the AI button, and choose what you need. The AI reads the client's profile and session history to give relevant results. Everything happens on your machine if you use a local AI tool like Ollama.
