How Templates Work
OfflineLog comes with 8 built-in profession templates. Each template pre-sets the fields you need - pick one and start adding clients. You can also create your own custom templates.
Built-in templates
OfflineLog includes 8 templates for common professions: personal trainer, massage therapist, tutor, coach, consultant, beauty professional, pet care, and repair services. Each template comes with pre-configured fields tailored to that profession. Select a template when adding a new client, and the relevant fields appear.
Custom templates and fields
If the built-in templates don't match your workflow, create your own. Add custom fields of any type - text, number, dropdown, date picker, or 0-10 rating scale. Build different templates for different types of clients. Templates can be edited anytime without affecting existing client data.
