Using OfflineLog Without Internet
OfflineLog works fully offline. After the first download, you don't need internet to view clients, write notes, or manage appointments. Install it as an app on your desktop or phone.
Install as an app
On desktop: open OfflineLog in your browser, click the install icon in the address bar. On mobile (iPhone/iPad): tap Share then "Add to Home Screen". On Android: tap the menu then "Install app". Once installed, OfflineLog appears as a regular app with its own icon and works without opening a browser.
What works offline
Everything works offline - adding and viewing clients, scheduling appointments, writing session notes, running reports, and managing backups. The only features that need internet are: connecting to a cloud-based AI API (local AI tools like Ollama work offline) and downloading updates. Your core daily workflow is entirely offline.
